Mr. Marcorelles has been involved in more than 100 restructuring cases. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, EPC, automotive, retail and steel. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Marcorelles spent 10 years with EY Restructuring in Paris, where he most recently served as Partner. Mr. Marcorelles has been involved in some of the most significant cases in France. He has also been very active on mid-cap cases (family-owned companies in particular). Mr. Marcorelles is an active member of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (“ARE”), the restructuring practitioners' primary professional association in France. Mr. Marcorelles earned a master's degree in corporate finance from Neoma Business School in France. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
