Graduated in Actuarial Sciences from PUC/SP, member of the Brazilian Actuarial Institute, and Coach by the Brazilian Coaching Society. Zuvela started his career at a national insurance brokerage, later moving to global companies such as Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, where he was responsible for technical and consulting areas for more than 15 years, working in Brazil and the USA. In 2012, he entered the executive search field, having been a partner and Vice President at FESA and a director at KORN FERRY, working in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors of these consultancies. He was also a professor in postgraduate courses in insurance and a speaker at specialized events in his sectors of expertise. Currently, Alexandre Zuvela is a Partner at EXEC.
