Jeanette is the Head of Interim Management at Morgan Philips Germany. In 2014, she started her career as a consultant in the life sciences industry. After joining Morgan Philips in 2017, she took over the leadership of the FYTE Life Sciences team in Frankfurt. Today, Jeanette leads the Morgan Philips Interim Management team and is responsible for a wide range of cross-industry and cross-functional interim topics. Her primary goal is to build long-term and sustainable relationships and promote a collaboration based on trust. Jeanette focuses on fast reactions to a problem, as well as individual and innovative recruitment solutions while emphasizing on personality. In addition to her studies in Business Administration with a focus on hotel and tourism management, she has completed an education as a certified human resources manager.
