Philippe started his professional career when he graduated with a double Licence degree in sociology and controlling, he then worked for several years in a food industry and constantly works on improving the balance between business processes and human resources.

He joined Friisberg France in 1998 and is a member of the executive committee. In the Area (East of France) , he is the representative member of “A COMPETENCE EGALE” to Defend the rights and no discrimination during the process of recruitment .
