Cristina Bomchil founded Valuar in 1973 and is currently its Executive Director. She leads the Executive Search team and personally conducts senior management searches. She leads the Leadership Consulting practice and advises leaders of national and international companies, developing her practice in Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, the Board of Directors of IDEA, and the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Services. She is strongly committed to gender diversity and participates in organizations such as WCD (Woman Corporate Directors) and Marianne (French-Argentine Women's Association). He served several terms on the Board of Directors of the University of San Andrés and was a member of the Americas Board of the AESC (Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants), where he oversees industry best practices.
