Jat is a qualified and experienced Executive Coach, with a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School in Coaching and Behaviour Change. Prior to becoming a Coach, he enjoyed a 25 year plus career within leading FTSE 100 Organisations, notably holding Senior Leadership roles within Sainsbury's and Land Securities across a number of functions including Commercial, Marketing and Corporate. Jat is a firm believer that everyone has the capacity to achieve positive change and with the right help and support can enjoy more balanced, fulfilling lives, both personally and professionally. Working together with Inbeta's technology, Jat identifies the key drivers and direction of change in any aspect of a clients’ life, understanding what is working well, what might need to change and why, so helping them to build a plan to make the agreed behavioural changes effective and long-lasting.
