Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (Diagnostic Radiography) from University of Exeter, UK Rob began his recruitment career with Robert Walters in London then Sydney in the Banking & Finance team, where he was in charge of recruiting Corporate & Institutional banking and risk management; covering a broad range of disciplines, such as FIG, Structured, Project and Leveraged Finance. He initially joined JMES in 2017, spending 2.5 years specialising in Front Office, Loan Markets, Project & Structured Finance and Risk Management recruitment. Rob re-joined JMES in July 2020 after spending a year in New York.
