I founded Henderson Scott in 1999 with a view to specialise in Emerging Technologies and have developed niche markets areas in Cloud, Digital Transformation and Cyber Security. Whilst growing the business received several coveted industry awards, ranking as one of the top 50 fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK for three consecutive years, and being crowned number 1 IT & Telecoms Recruiter in the Recruiter Magazine's Hot 100. As Chief Executive Officer I’m proud to say over the last 20 years Henderson Scott has grown to be a market leading global staffing business in the IT space with particular success in UK, US and EMEA regions. In 2018 Henderson Scott achieved revenues of £28m and subsequently led the sale to the Search Recruitment Group in August of that year. I remain a hands on CEO of Henderson Scott where my role is predominantly growing and developing the business, whilst in addition serving as a Board Director of Search Recruitment Group.
