Paul is a property & construction professional that came with over 15 years’ experience in industry-related positions before beginning his recruitment career back in 2016. Since then, he has built up a strong client base within all tiers of the commercial construction and fitout specialist sectors, specialising in ‘white collar’ appointments. Paul splits his time working between contract and permanent vacancies, placing 100+ professionals annually. As Paul has worked extensively on-site himself, he has an in-depth understanding of what skillset and requirements are needed for each role. Paul prides himself on a top-quality service, work ethic and integrity and has a genuine passion for helping people. Away from work, you will find Paul spending valuable time with his wife and daughter down the Peninsula, wining and dining at the wineries and stopping up to the early hours of the morning on a weekend watching Newcastle United in the EPL.
