​I joined Venn Group in January 2003. I wanted to join a company that really developed their staff, as at the time of joining Venn (the company was only about a year old at this point) all I had was about a year’s work experience and a fairly ropey degree, so didn’t feel I brought too much to the table myself! Venn Group has given me everything. I have gone from a Consultant that was nervous to call clients, to a Senior Manger that set up a brand new Milton Keynes office and currently oversee five different teams. I also met my wife at Venn! Next goal on my list? Earn Director in my job title.
