Natalia is an expert in Neuromanagement from the NeuroLeadership Institute in New York.

She is a highly experienced consultant in organizational development, leadership, and human resources management, and is a member of the Board of the Centre for Social Change & Behavioural Economics.

For over 10 years, Natalia has been effectively implementing behavioural change strategies in business and public organizations, helping leaders develop their leadership potential through scientifically grounded approaches in Neuro-Management.

As a lecturer at the Lviv Business School of UCU (LVBS), a mentor, and a certified coach from Erickson University International (ICF), Nataliya actively assists leaders in enhancing their decision-making effectiveness and developing emotional competence through innovative educational tools, coaching techniques, and practices.
