Sue focuses on senior level search execution for clients in the Firm’s Financial Services, Nonprofit, Real Estate, and Middle Market practice groups. Sue joined KLR Executive Search Group in conjunction with the merger of Kiradjieff & Goode where she was an Executive Vice President & Equity Partner. Earlier in her career, Sue was a Senior Vice President & Managing Director at BankBoston, Fleet, and Bank of America. She successfully completed the Loan Officer Development Program at BankBoston and subsequently worked in several Corporate Banking Groups. Sue graduated from Bowdoin cum laude and High Honors from Boston University’s Executive MBA Program. Sue has been actively involved with youth sports, having served as the President and Director of both the Friends of Lincoln-Sudbury Softball and Baseball organizations in addition to a Board member with LSRHS All-Sports Boosters. She is actively involved in development work for Bowdoin College and is a cyclist and runner participating in events that raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s, Cancer, and ALS. Sue successfully completed the Boston Marathon in 2018 and 2020 with Team End ALZ.
