Ana Lorena holds an experience of more than 24 years including 15 years in high-level Executive Search firm providing thought leadership and contributing to the enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities. She has proven deep knowledge of the Mexican market. She worked for a high-level executive search firm and conducted assignments in Controlling, Finance and Taxes positions for companies as Shell, Cargill, Mabe and Arthur Andersen. She also is a volunteer advisor for young entrepreneurs. Ana Lorena has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in International Taxes and Audit from the Universidad Panamericana. She speaks Spanish and English. She was born in Mexico City, and has two children.
