Patrick began his career as an engineer in the automation industry. Twenty years later, he founded a specialized headhunting agency for engineers and experienced commercial and management professionals. Rialto Recruitment NV was founded in 2016. The name refers to the world-famous Rialto Bridge in Venice. They aim to bridge the gap between candidates and employers, and between industry and universities. A significant milestone for Patrick was joining the PROMAN group. This allowed them to make significant investments, and in 2025, they rebranded to the international name 'WINSEARCH'. Years after the Rialto name was born, Patrick remains that driven bridge-builder and ambitious entrepreneur. His intention is to open additional executive search offices in every Flemish province and to establish links with other countries where our clients operate.
