Bryce Gilfillian joined Isaacson, Miller as an Associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Bryce worked with the Harvard College Office of Admissions and Financial Aid where he served as Senior Admissions Officer and Director of the Admissions Alumni/ae Network. In addition to participating in the evaluation and selection of the admitted freshman and transfer classes, Bryce directed the efforts of the Office's many alumni/ae volunteers, led a committee of the Harvard Alumni Association's Board of Directors, and developed the Office's recruitment and yield programming for LGBTQ students. Simultaneous to his work in admissions, Bryce served as a Residential Proctor for the Harvard College First-Year Experience Office, living in residence with first-year students to provide socio-emotional support in addition to academic advising. Currently, Bryce sits on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Gender and Sexuality Caucus, which supports LGBTQ+ Harvard alumni, students, faculty, and staff around the world with the goal of building a vibrant community, strengthening ties to the Harvard campus, and supporting social action.
