Juliana Lau is the Senior Consultant of the Cornerstone International Group in Vancouver. A Certified Management Accountant by training, Juliana’s customer-focused approach assists clients to achieve more in talent and corporate solutions.

Juliana has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance field and her diverse client base ranges from large companies over a variety of industries from retail and wholesale, service, real estate development, IT and computer services, finance and not-for-profit to small business clients and Education Providers.

Juliana’s expertise includes recruitment, management consulting, organizational structure and design, job descriptions, performance measurements, compensation, employee motivation, human resources policy and staff relationships.

Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2014, Juliana was the school administrator of an adult career training institute where she liaised with PCTIA- the regulatory body for private career training institutions in British Columbia, Canada & to ensure that the institution continually meets and maintains the standards of quality required by the Crown Corporation under the Ministry of Advanced Education of British Columbia.
