Graduating the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and Master of Organizational Psychology, Felicia is constantly preoccupied by the development of the individuals and organizations. With 19 years of experience as HR Consultant, Felicia developed her career within various HR activities: HR audit/ organizational diagnosis, individual assessment, career management, recruitment/ Headhunting, performance management etc. Within the last 14 years her activity was focused on the Executive Search projects, especially in the pharmaceuticals, FMCG, automotive and manufacturing sectors. She speaks Romanian and English.
