Jeff is a Partner and Co-Founder of Fairview Search Group, LLC and has spent the majority of his career in hands-on recruitment, leadership, and ownership roles in the Executive Recruiting Industry specializing in Accounting and Finance placement in all industries and sizes of companies. Being a career coach and consultant provides him the rewarding opportunity of partnering with top companies and people seeking career direction. Jeff’s success is driven by his passion for bringing hiring companies and job seekers together. Jeff is a native of Oswego, NY and Eastern NC, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a former United States Army Officer. Jeff is active in the community as a Board Member of the Levine Museum of the New South and various professional, community, and charitable groups in Charlotte. He and his family reside in South Charlotte. A past resident of Italy, Jeff is a renowned “foodie” and can provide recommendations for a great hot dog stand or a special meal anywhere in Charlotte.
