Ali is a Partner and leads the People & Culture practice at Savannah. She works closely with Chief People Officers and CEO’s to ensure that businesses have the right talent in place to grow. The People & Culture practice works with Fortune50, FTSE 350 clients, as well as private equity backed businesses and those that are family owned. Our sector coverage includes consumer and retail, travel, leisure and hospitality, pharma, manufacturing and construction, energy, and financial services. Having worked in investment banking in my early career, I fell into executive search in 2006 after being asked to run a specific project. After a year I began working as an executive search consultant full time. I progressed to Partner focussing on placing senior HR and commercial candidates for technology and consumer companies. I have always loved working with clients to deliver the best outcome possible through spending time getting to know them and their organisation. More recently I worked in-house on the HR Leadership team of a large technology company which gave me great insight into what clients really want from a search firm and how important it is to build strong relationships based on trust and experience. I am excited to now be part of Savannah, a progressive organisation where collaboration is a big focus. Working with some inspiring people to deliver for our clients is what inspired me to join.
