Shivan is an Associate Partner within the Communities and Sustainable Futures Practice; focussing on interim Executive, Change & Programme assignments across the housing sector. This includes partnering with registered providers, Local & Central Government bodies, and Charities. Prior to joining Green Park, Shivan spent 8 years working with a property recruitment specialist; providing interim solutions to a diverse client base including Housing, Healthcare, Universities, Life sciences and Private Sector companies. He later joined the leadership team and grew its presence in the public sector across numerous property related disciplines, particularly within Development, Asset and Facilities Management. Shivan has a degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, with an active interest in building & engineering related projects. This has been a source of inspiration throughout his career believing strongly that our future will be shaped by these projects, as organisations implement building safety legislation, scale up affordable housing development, and move towards carbon neutrality.
