Archan Patel is an Associate in Ferguson Partners’ Compensation Consulting group. Based in Chicago, Archan primarily supports privately-owned real estate firms with competitive compensation strategies and the development of incentive plan arrangements. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Archan worked as a Management Consultant at HealthScape Advisors. As a trusted advisor to clients, he provided services of project management, analytics & modeling, and data-driven strategies. Archan earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Accountancy. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to national parks and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
