Matt is the longest-serving member of the Mondrian Alpha team and leads the firm’s global Technology Practice, with team members based in both London and New York. He is responsible for Technology searches across high-frequency trading firms, hedge funds, debt funds, and private equity, and leads the delivery and execution of senior technology mandates on an international basis. Matt has also been instrumental in guiding the growth and development of the business as a whole. Prior to joining Mondrian Alpha, he helped scale a start-up recruitment business and trained at Huxley Associates.
