Joanna Srokowska has over 10 years of professional experience in the executive search business. She has worked as a Consultant with Signium since 2010. Between 2006 and 2010 she worked as Research Consultant and Researcher. Joanna has completed over a hundred of searches for strategic middle and senior level positions in a broad spectrum of companies within Industry, Finance, Energy and Medical/Healthcare. At Signium, Joanna also manages Assessment Center and Development Center processes. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology, what gives her a solid understanding of corporate cultures and systems. Joanna also studied in Salzburg (Austria) and completed post-graduate studies in HR management. She speaks Polish and English and also communicates in German. Privately, Joanna enjoys her family, fun – running and reading crime stories. She loves and supports animals. For many years Joanna used to be a volunteer and a judge at Odyssey of the Mind – a global creative competition.
