Michal brings 17 years of Executive Search experience to the Beaumont Group. He has executed search assignments on European, regional and country C-Suite and senior leadership roles executed in various CEE countries. He graduated from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan (Law Department, major in Management & Marketing). Michal has additionally completed business courses at the IPD, Institute of Personnel Development in London, and at theISM Institute School of Managers in Warsaw.
