Graduated from ESSCA in 1999, Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye began his career in Paris as an online marketing manager, in an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm where in 2006 he became a recruitment consultant in the Sales / Marketing practice on the Nantes region. He then took responsibility for an online recruitment platform project for this firm, which he developed and managed for 3 years, first in Geneva and then in Marseille. Back in Nantes in 2011, Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye successively held consultant and regional director positions in 2 international recruitment firms. He joined Grant Alexander in 2018, to develop the Executive Search activity in the West. He also has a broad mastery of assessment center / development center systems, acquired over the course of his career and offers specific expertise in the assessment of soft skills by observing behavior in situation. His current practice of English and his varied experience allow him to intervene in the search and selection of profiles of managers and experts with an international dimension.
