Over the last decade, Caitlin has excelled at delivering recruiting, research, and operational services. She has held roles as manager and coordinator for recruiting and consulting firms, as well as academic institutions including Harvard Business School. At Pearl Street, Caitlin is relied on to deliver accurate research and prospect identification, as well as to help the firm execute on its digital media strategies. She remains at the ready to recruit on behalf of our clients, and offers expertise in development positions. In addition to her work in search, Caitlin has built a parallel career as a filmmaker and actor and offers on-camera coaching and consulting services to help professionals bring their brand identity to life. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and MFA from Boston University.
