Linzi is the Managing Partner & Head of Consumer Practice, EMEA at Grace Blue with a particular focus on brand clients. Her career in advertising began in the 1990s when she joined McCann-Erickson first as a team assistant, and then account manager. She joined the pioneering HHCL in the year it was named Campaign’s Agency of the Decade before moving to WCRS where she worked alongside Robin Wight, managing the new business machine during its MBO and the launch of The Engine Group. Wanting to find a work/life balance after having children, Linzi spent the next few years as a freelance consultant helping a diverse range of consultancies with their new business drive. A serendipitous meeting with a headhunter in 2014 led Linzi into the world of Executive Search, and she hasn’t looked back since. After spending a year at The Talent Business (where she earned her nickname ‘Super Sleuth’), Linzi joined Grace Blue in 2016 – where she continues to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of the best talent. Linzi lives in Battersea in with her husband, two children and their cat, Taxi.
