I am a Partner and Executive Director for [axr]. I lead the Sales and Marketing Practice and specialise in recruitment for mid to senior sales, marketing, category, and insights roles for the FMCG and Consumer sectors. I am also the Program Director for the [axr] Sales & Marketing Director Incubators and podcast host of “Your Future in Sales & Marketing”.

After graduating with a business degree, I worked in FMCG sales and marketing before finding my career passion in recruitment. I’ve specialised in sales and marketing recruitment since 1995, working in England, Scotland, New Zealand, and Australia.

Having seen too many sales and marketing careers narrow and stall because of poor career decision making, I set up the Sales Director Incubator and Marketing Director Incubator and one of the [axr] career podcasts, Your Future in Sales & Marketing. These programs help us connect Senior leaders with future leaders to showcase potential career paths and enable great career decisions.

Outside of work, I’m generally outside, running the tracks and trails of Sydney, golfing at Long Reef or watching my daughter play netball and my son play rugby and football.
