Tom is an experienced Senior Recruiter with a background of over 9 years working with growing companies in the Medical Device manufacturing industry. He prides himself in listening to the needs of his clients and referring to them only qualified candidates that will drive their business to success. At the same time, Tom listens carefully to his candidates to understand exactly what they’re looking for to help them leverage their careers. Before embarking on a successful and rewarding recruiting career, Tom spent over three years working as a pastor and missionary, where he encouraged and counseled people daily. He then made the transition into recruiting by joining a large manufacturing recruiting firm. Utilizing his missionary work experience, he honed his skills to become the most successful rookie recruiter in company history, having achieved the “Rookie of the Year” award and going on to earn the “Top Biller” award multiple years in a row. Tom is married with 4 kids ranging in age from 15 down to 4. He and his family are active members in their local church, and love hunting, fishing, and camping, and thoroughly enjoy the outdoors of Montana where they live. Tom’s wife is a full-time “domestic engineer” (homemaker) and is extremely busy homeschooling their kids.
