A graduate of Paris Dauphine University in Marketing and Strategy, Ladislas began his career as a BtoB business manager within the MAPLACEECRECHE teams. Taking advantage of an opportunity, he became deputy director of a Carrefour supermarket, which allowed him to understand team management and the management of a profit center. He then became commercial manager at SEABIRD, a consulting firm specializing in the financial and technical departments of insurance. In particular, he develops the Niortaise mutual insurance sector, while keeping control of the management of his team of consultants and the recruitment of employees. He joined MACANDERS in 2021 as a consultant within the Financial and Corporate Services team, where he was notably responsible for the management and development of the Banking Insurance segment.
