Before joining Alumni, Jaana worked in several top-level roles at various international leadership services firms. She was a Partner at the executive search company EWK International as well as the long-term CEO of Kandidata Finland. Jaana has built her career globally with several years of management consulting in New York and the UK. At Alumni she draws from her decades long experience with leadership development to offer market leading insights to Finnish and international businesses alike. She has become a luminary in Finland for board reviews and top-level recruitment. Jaana holds a Master of Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.
