Frank joined Alex Kaar in 2006 and is a Senior Partner of the firm, leading the CFO, HR, Technology and Legal, Risk and Compliance practices. Frank has a focus on senior leadership appointments with a client portfolio spanning a variety of industries including; financial services, services, property and infrastructure, professional services, utilities and resources. Frank has actively facilitated senior executive appointments in disciplines including but not limited to; general management, finance, human resources, legal and strategy and has also facilitated searches for Board level appointments. At the center of his approach, Frank believes in the value of candid and honest conversations to assist both clients and candidates to make informed decisions. Frank works collaboratively with stakeholders, sharing valuable market insights to deliver true value to the decision-making process. Frank commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he developed his sophisticated advisory skills supplemented with sound commercial capabilities to advise some of Australia’s largest ASX listed organisations as well as subsidiaries of key multinational clients. Frank holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Taxation Law from The University of Melbourne and maintains an active involvement in the professional services sector. Frank is also a Director on the College Council at Genazzano FCJ College as is a passionate contributor to a range of community social justice initiatives including playing a role as an inaugural mentor for the Education First Youth Foyers Program in partnership with Hanover and Brotherhood of St Laurence.
