I am a business psychologist and consultant with substantial breadth and depth of experience gained in the fields of public/Not for Profit sector, management consultancy, transformation, learning and development and organisational development. I lead the social housing practice for Interim Partners@NSCG and connect the sector with talent at the most senior levels, on an interim or consultancy basis. My aim is to help social housing providers manage change and respond to the considerable challenges posed by the housing crisis, reduced grant funding and within a fluid political landscape; all whilst seeking improvements to front line services.
