Ann-Kristin is head of our public sector and non-profit practice, in addition to assisting clients in the consumer, media and education sectors with Executive Search, Assessments, and Management Assessments. Ann-Kristin is today one of the most renowned headhunters in Norway within the public sector.

Ann-Kristin has extensive experience from consulting and research and analysis, both nationally and internationally from Innovation Norway and CapGemini. She has led international projects and conducted analyses for Norwegian export businesses, and been Chief Advisor at NHO.

Ann-Kristin graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) as a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom).
