Nicoletta has been working in legal recruitment since 2006. She has handled instructions at all levels of seniority across a wide range of jurisdictions and industries assisting many of the world’s best-known multinationals. Nicoletta started her career as a Lawyer in Rome before moving into legal recruitment in Paris where she joined Laurence Simons. After five years in Paris and a one-year assignment in Singapore, Nicoletta moved to Milan where she opened the Laurence Simons Italian office. After 9 years, Nicoletta joined Taylor Root to expand their business in Southern Europe and is heading up our Italian office.
