Anna has +15 years of experience helping leaders become change-ready, resilient, experimental, and lean. She has worked with innovative processes both in large, multinational companies and rapidly growing scaleups. She has a background in the tech world and a successful track record in implementing the entrepreneurial skillsets of tech start-ups in large companies, training all levels of leaders in feedback culture, user-centric design, prototyping, and more. Anna is a passionate and empathetic facilitator who believes in people-centric processes in training, leadership, and organizational design. Anna's unique set of skills stems from a strong research background combined with years in the tech start-up world. Anna graduated with a Masters in Philosophy and Educational Studies, before completing a PhD in History of Ideas in Lund University and Paris VII Diderot. She has Design Thinking and Scrum training and is fluent in Swedish, Danish, English, Spanish, and French.
