I joined Macdonald & Company in the summer of 2016 after completing an Executive PA Diploma in Oxford. Due to this, I initially assisted in setting up the Business Support department, but have now moved over to specialise in Residential New Homes, covering sales, marketing, customer service and office support positions. I provide a premium recruitment service to both clients and candidates, having built a highly talented pool of individuals within my network. I have a track record of placing people within large housebuilders, boutique developers and global consultancies all within Residential Development.
