Ella joined DRAX in 2022 after moving to the UK from Vancouver, Canada. After working in client service, marketing and account management in the travel and hospitality sector, Ella pivoted into executive search with a particular focus on the Healthcare & Education sector. She is passionate about the study of human development and holds a degree (B.A.) in Human Geography and a Diploma in Marketing Management.
