Dirk Fetter (1962) studied law in Leiden after his final exams in Montélimar and a year of economics in Aix-en-Provence. He started his career at AMRO Bank, first as Manager Private Advice (Kneuterdijk, The Hague), after which he was International Relationship Manager Private Banking in Amsterdam for several years. Since 1992 he has worked in executive search (YER, Odgers Berndtson), from 2007 to 2015 he was independently established with the firm SHARPE. His specialization is the financial sector, with a specific focus on banks, wealth management, pension funds and asset management. Dirk has found his calling in executive search. Combining and maximizing the interests of clients and candidates is his daily motivation. He builds long-term contacts with candidates, based on trust and expertise. For them he is a critical and honest sounding board, always optimistic and creative to explore new possibilities.
