Coming from a small town in the Southeastern corner of CT, Mason has always strived to be a part of the bigger picture. His competitive nature and willingness to succeed landed him early success at Daversa. Mason joined Daversa Partners as a founding member of the firm’s data and analytics team and has quickly risen to become a well-rounded recruiter focused on Engineering, Go-To-Market, and broader Operational roles such as CEO, COO, and GM. Mason graduated from the University of New Haven as the captain of the men’s soccer team with a degree in Business Management and Sales. When he is not recruiting tier 1 execs, he loves to travel, workout, and go on long rides in his 1971 VW with his dog and girlfriend.
