Paula started her career in Terra Networks, where she worked for almost 4 years, with her last appointment as Customer Relation Product Manager. Later, she worked for over 5 years, for L’Oreal Chile, a subsidiary of the global French cosmetic company. She held different positions - starting as Product Manager - the last of which was as Marketing Manager for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté And Oscar de la Renta Perfumes.

She joined AMROP MV Consulting in May 2009.

Paula holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universidad Marítima de Chile.
