Biography
Martin seeks C-level positions in healthcare, natural resources, consumer goods, and retail in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. He also serves as an ESG Ambassador and the HLS Regional Lead.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Institutional Affairs from Universidad de Belgrano and a Master’s degree in Sales Team Leadership from Universidad de San Andrés. Since 2012, he has been with PageGroup, currently serving as Director for the Southern Cone. In this role, Martin oversees the launch and development of the Page Executive C-Level Business Unit across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. He manages commercial and operational strategies, annual budgeting, 10-year forecasting, and the Southern Cone P&L admin. Additionally, he supports the Global Executive Committee as a Commercial Role Model, achieving repeat business' high volume rate.
Previously, as Latam Key Account Executive Manager, Martin led KAM programmes across regions, strengthened long-term client relationships, and promoted Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. His tenure as Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Manager involved leading the recruitment practice in Argentina and Uruguay, representing the Latam region in the Global Healthcare Committee. Martin's career also includes roles as Sales & Marketing Division Senior Manager, Uruguay Startup Manager, Page Interim Manager, and Supply Chain & Engineering Division Senior Consultant.
As a former player and current coach of youth teams, Martin brings the same dedication and team spirit from the rugby field to his professional activities.
