Robi is a Director at Stonehaven working across the Real Estate and Credit Practice assisting both buy side and sell side institutions. He has a broad coverage and understanding of investment roles within the Real Estate sector. He has successfully introduced deals to alternative investors in the Non-Performing Loan sector and advised on transactions in the direct and distressed real estate space. He has a particular appreciation for the nuances of real estate in European geographies, in particular Spain, Italy and Greece. Robi also has a specialist interest in hotel transactions. Robi joined from a boutique search firm where as a Principal he led the real estate and illiquid credit team specialising in investment roles for value add and opportunistic returns. Prior to this Robi worked at a large FTSE 250 recruitment firm where he was a consultant in the global markets practice focussing on front office roles within sell side institutions. On a personal level, Robi has a passion for sport and spends his spare time training and competing in ultra-distance running. Robi holds a BSc from the University of Brighton.
