He started his career with one of the largest search companies in Europe, where he built a solid track record in sourcing candidates, not just in their areas of functional expertise, but also with a strong focus on their cultural fit by incorporating a holistic approach to his searches. Mr. Zukowski holds a Biotechnology MSc degree from the Poznan University of Life Sciences, in Poland, and a Human Resources Management degree from International Business Management Institute in Berlin, Germany.
