Nicholas Marazza is a director in the Akron office of Marcum LLP. As a member of the Firm’s Tax & Business Services group, Mr. Marazza has extensive experience working with public and private businesses on federal, state, and international tax matters. He helps clients by providing proactive tax assistance and manages all compliance, income tax provisions, planning, and research in order to assure their widespread tax matters are being overseen. Mr. Marazza has practiced more than 14 years in the areas of corporate, pass-through entity and individual taxation. He has experience helping clients through transactions by performing tax due diligence in numerous stock and asset deals. Also, Mr. Marazza is a leader in the Firm’s Digital Asset and Blockchain Services Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Ohio, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
