Laura is a consultant in the London office and a member of the Industrial Practice. Her focus is on recruiting senior executives, through the development of search strategy, outreach and engagement for clients in the built environment, infrastructure and transportation sectors, with a particular focus and expertise in rail and transit. Laura has developed a breadth of experience in both the UK and global rail markets, having conducted searches targeting talent across the globe. She has successfully supported clients including HS2, Transport for London, Serco (Middle East) and both contracting and engineering consultancies including Laing O’Rourke, Balfour Beatty, WSP and Turner and Townsend. Experience Prior to joining Caldwell, Laura spent five years with a boutique executive search firm, delivering searches across the transport and infrastructure and built environment sectors, on a broad range of functions including technical, operations, business development and commercial. Education Laura holds a first class LLB degree in law from Northumbria University, Newcastle.
