Christian graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce, before pursuing a Graduate Accountant position at the Department of Treasury & Finance. After moving to London and initially working in Corporate Finance with Invensys PLC, he started his recruitment career in 2002 with a large international firm. Over the next 10 years he led teams and specialised in Finance and Accounting recruitment in London, Melbourne and Perth, from accounting support/clerical positions right through to the executive search level. Moving to Sharp & Carter in 2013 as a Director and Owner, he manages the business, while actively recruiting senior and executive level finance positions. Christian is a passionate Sydney Swans supporter, lives in Lancefield in country Victoria and on weekends enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.
