Tony currently leads the Digital Transformation and Top Technology Officers Practice at H.I.E.C. He has conducted over 200 high-level searches during his career, including CEO, CIO, CTO, CIDO, CISO, COO, and CFO searches and their reports. He has also performed numerous Board of Director searches. Tony has been involved in the Technology community for over twenty years, moderating a CIO/CTO group in the Bay Area and then nationally. For over 20 years Tony has been involved in the Technology community moderating a CIO/CTO group in the Bay Area and then nationally. This group has included members such as Kaiser Permanente, Gap Stores, Levi Strauss, Ancestry, Airbnb, Autodesk, Bank of the West, Blue Shield of California, Bio-Rad, Charles Schwab, Cisco, Clifbar, Data Bricks, Corsair, Delta Dental, Docker, Dolby, Electronic Arts/Glu Mobile, Fitbit, Esurance, Facebook, Franklin Templeton, Juul, Macys.com, Patelco, Prologis, Dodge & Cox, Lumentum, McKesson, MuleSoft, Okta, Lexis Nexus, Red Hat, Splunk, Snowflake, Uber, Visa, Williams-Sonoma, Workday, Workato, Zendesk and others. The group meets monthly and Tony has the privilege of interacting with some of the top technologists in the world in these meetings.
