Based in Toronto, Kevin’s expertise lies in strategy, operations, commercial and corporate finance. He is experienced in recruiting top talent to private equity firms and portfolio companies, the Fortune 500, and start-ups. With a special interest in transformation, Kevin takes a consultative approach to supporting clients during periods of change, including high growth, performance improvement, organizational restructuring, and commercial leadership. Kevin brings more than 15 years of executive experience to his role at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to joining the firm, he served as executive vice president of sales at Nutrien, the world’s largest crop input and agronomical services company. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as chief strategy and chief technology officer for Vale Base Metals, providing strategic, technical , and engineering leadership. He began his career as a process engineer with Hatch and spent another three years with McKinsey & Co. in the firm’s Basic Material Institute and Capital Productivity Practice. Kevin received his BEng from McGill University, his PhD from McMaster University, and his MBA from the University of Lausanne IMD Business School.
