Shalini Bhatty is a Senior Consultant in our Calgary office and has held a variety of positions with Davies Park since 2005 including Search Associate and Director of Research. She began her executive search career in Toronto over 15 years ago and has partnered with clients across Canada to execute search assignments in the energy, technology, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has also led the in-house talent acquisition function for an international oil and gas company during a time of significant growth. Shalini’s strengths are managing client and candidate relationships and applying creative thinking to source and select the best candidates. Shalini holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a designated HR professional (CPHR). She has lived and worked all over the world, growing up in India, the Middle East and the United States before moving to Canada and settling in Calgary with her family.
